This role reports to the Financial Reporting Senior Manager within the office of the Corporate Controller.
- Review SEC filings or investor communications, such as news releases, conference call scripts, investor conference materials, etc.
- Work with other functional departments, including investor communications and other accounting groups
- Work with a team to prepare quarterly SEC statements
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill ad hoc financial information and technical accounting requests and analyses
Qualifications
3-4 years of public accounting experience with a Big 4 Firm. SEC experience required, CPA preferred.
