- Lead preparation of disclosures and financial statements, including 10-K and 10-Q, as well as other SEC required filings.
- Prepare key supporting financial statements, including consolidated balance sheet, income fluctuation analyses and cash flow.
- Work with SEC Reporting Manager to ensure compliance with all requirements and maintain strong internal controls.
- Collaborate with corporate teams, global finance and auditors.
Qualifications
3-5 Years of external audit or finance/accounting experience, and CPA is preferred
